Our highlights from the event
On the 11th and 12th September, the Reedbut Group team were back at ExCeL London for London Packaging Week 2024! We were really excited to exhibit at this show once again, sharing our innovative corrugated solutions and how we operate as a sustainable packaging manufacturer.
eSecure and eLetterbox
Our standout innovations that gained a lot of interest at this year’s show were the exclusive eSecure and eLetterbox.
The eSecure is 100% recyclable and made from a single piece of corrugated cardboard, designed to suspend products safely inside and minimise the risk of impact or damage during transit. It can be printed inside and out, and offers a tamper-evident closure mechanism. Visitors and companies in the refurbished tech market for phones, tablets, and other devices, saw a lot of potential here!
Our letterbox-friendly eLetterbox was a big hit with its multifunctional use across various markets such as cleaning products, beauty and cosmetics, and medicines. As well as our giveaway samples of each exclusive packaging solution, we also had a great example of the eLetterbox on display that we’ve developed for MyProtein – printed inside and out with bold brand colours and messaging, designed around the product, and completely plastic-free.
Refurbished tech packaging
Alongside the eSecure as an example of recyclable plastic-free tech packaging, we also showcased our unique refurbished console packaging on our stand.
This plastic-free protective packaging solution is designed to eliminate the need for single-use supplemental packaging inserts, making it 100% recyclable. The universal cardboard fittings keep contents secure during transit, and can be adjusted to fit a wide range of consoles including:

The console box was also featured on the London Packaging Week site as part of the Innovation Gallery in the run-up to the exhibition, with our other exclusive products and services we offer on our company page.
Our exhibition stand
We wanted to go above and beyond with this year’s exhibition stand, which was designed and built in-house once again at our Milton Keynes site. Looking to create an interactive experience visitors could enjoy, we had product samples – each one with a tasty treat inside! – to be taken away, demonstrations of how our exclusive eCommerce boxes fit together, a wide range of products we’ve developed with leading industry brands, and a whole new animated video by The Video News Factory.
And what a result! Our stand was definitely a talking point, with many visitors approaching us just to take photos of it, or say they thought it looked great! We were really proud to build something that stood out and showed who we are as a business. Huge thanks to our New Business Development Manager Daniel Kennedy for his fantastic design work, and the Reedbut team for all their hard work assembling the stand!
Finally, a special shout out to Matt Bruley, our newest Technical Sales Manager, and new Group Customer Service Team Manager Samantha Grimwood. This was the first time either of them had been part of our exhibition team on show days, and they both did a brilliant job!
